The Remembrance Institute
You Have Always Been a Creator.
The Remembrance Journey is an invitation to remember who you are, why you came, and how to live authentically from the truth that has always been within you.
The Invitation
What if you don't need to become someone new?
What if the journey is not about becoming more?
What if it is about remembering?
Remembering the parts of yourself you learned to hide.
Remembering the voice beneath the voices of expectation.
Remembering the desires, gifts, wisdom, creativity, and truth that were always there.
You don't have to start over.
You don't have to become someone else.
You begin by learning to see yourself.
The Blueprint
You can spend your entire life becoming who you think you are supposed to be.
Many people unconsciously live from a blueprint created through childhood experiences, relationships, culture, religion, family expectations, achievement, fear, and the need to belong. This blueprint can shape:
The life you are living may be organized around an identity you never consciously chose.
And yet—you can begin to consciously author a different way of being.
The Remembrance Journey
This is not another program designed to fix you.
The Remembrance Journey is an invitation into self-discovery, self-awareness, authenticity, and conscious creation. It is a journey of learning to see the beliefs and identities that have shaped your experience—and discovering what becomes possible when you stop allowing those old blueprints to define you.

The Founder
Meet Patricia
My journey began long before I had language for what I was searching for.
I have spent more than two decades working with people in the field of substance use treatment and counseling. Along the way, I discovered something that changed how I understood transformation: the therapeutic space was not only a place where I helped people discover themselves. It was also a mirror through which I was discovering myself.
My own journey—from childhood experiences of separation and invisibility, through questions of identity, achievement, faith, loss, healing, and transformation—has continually brought me back to one question:
Who am I beneath everything I was taught to be?
That question became more than a personal question. It became an invitation. Today, my work is about creating spaces where people can slow down enough to see themselves, question the stories they have inherited, reconnect with what is true, and remember that they are not waiting for someone else to give them permission to become who they are.

A Distinctive Practice
Holding the Mirror
Many people develop their understanding of themselves through the reflections they receive from the people around them.
When those reflections are limited, conditional, absent, or distorted, we can grow up knowing many things about the world while never fully learning how to see ourselves.
Sometimes the greatest wound is not being told that you are not enough. It is never being given the opportunity to see who you are.
The Remembrance Institute exists to help people begin seeing themselves.
Not through someone else's definition.
Through deeper awareness, reflection, curiosity, and authentic encounter with self.
Enter the MirrorWho This Is For
You may be ready for The Remembrance Journey if...
You know there is more to life, but you cannot quite name what it is.
You have accomplished things but still struggle to truly see yourself.
You have spent years becoming who others needed you to be.
You feel disconnected from the person you know you could be.
You are questioning beliefs you once accepted without question.
You want a deeper relationship with yourself.
You want to live more authentically.
You sense that your life has a deeper purpose.
You are ready to stop looking outside yourself for permission to become who you are.
You may not need another answer.
You may need a space where you can finally hear your own.
Our Philosophy
Transformation begins with how you see yourself.
These are not presented as scientific facts. They are the philosophical foundation of the Institute—the lens through which we hold the work.
We believe people are not problems to be solved.
We believe awareness creates possibility.
We believe the stories we carry influence the lives we create.
We believe authenticity requires more than knowing what you think—it requires becoming aware of what is happening within you.
We believe healing and transformation can involve learning to experience yourself differently in the present moment.
We believe you can consciously examine the blueprint you inherited and begin authoring a life that reflects who you are becoming.

What Happens When We Begin to See Ourselves Differently
The stories below are reserved for authentic experiences from those who have walked The Remembrance Journey. They will be shared here as they are given.
A space held for a voice yet to be shared.

A space held for a voice yet to be shared.
You are the one you've been waiting for.
The journey back to yourself does not begin with becoming someone else. It begins with remembering.
Remember who you are.
Remember why you came.
Remember what has always been within you.
And then begin living from that remembrance.
